Very clean rooms. Nice big shower. Good shows on TV. Comfortable beds. Pool and jacuzzi very nice. Wifi strong. Wished the pool towels were bigger. No concierge to help with taxi. Only one restaurant on site with same breakfasts menu entrust. Overall great value.

Everything was great. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing I don’t like, which is not the hotels fault, but the government needs to complete the repairs on the road in from the property.

Absolutely appreciated the staff’s friendliness. We had a flood in our room after a really hard downpour. Within minutes they were able to relocate into a different room. Very professional staff and they went out of their way to give us a food voucher as we had missed breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

The 1 out of 2 problems I have, there wasn’t a shuttle service, that would carry us from the airport to the hotel and back from the hotel to the airport for free of charge. We paying a good amount of money to stay there and no shuttle services. 2nd thing, the property taxes. Online it told me 1 price online but when I get to the hotel it’s another price, not cool. Also the concierge for transportation in your hotel. We paid for round trip tickets and then, they forgot come get us a hour later. Not cool
