Enjoy the convenience of high-speed WiFi, SmartTV (bring your passwords), and plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet space. Pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee.
Additionally, take advantage of the coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement and a private balcony for some fresh air. Street parking (free) is available for your convenience. The location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the bus and train station and easy access to major highways, including RT 495 & RT 93, 110, 114, 125. Enjoy the proximity to downtown North Andover, Brooks, Andover, Lawrence General, and Merrimack College, Phillips Academy, Tuscan Village, Mass General, Boston, and NH Beaches.
