You get what you pay for…
I booked this room to attend a 3-day off-site training for work. I arrived around 11:30pm on Monday September 30th. I checked in at the Comfort Inn and upon seeing my room I was disappointed. I just flew in from Seattle and had to be up early for the work training at 9am on Tuesday. I didn’t have time to change rooms that night. It looked as though there was a break in in the past. The chain on the door was “secured” with an off the shelf hex screw. There were also damage to the door frame. In addition, there was a stain on the chair seat. There was a stain in the drawer. The air from the A/C smelled bad and the air filters for the A/C were filthy. There was rust on one of the lamps as well as rust and dirt on the metal tissue cover in the bathroom. Spend a little more money and stay at a different hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in room 327. The bathroom in our room was not very clean. The bathtub was dirty and the toilet seat is peeling. The drawers for the clothes were dirty. The mirrors were dirty. There are no hooks/towel bars to hang any towels or washcloths on. The bathroom door was difficult to close. The noise level was okay, except we were at the end of the hall, by the stairs, and we could hear people talking and walking in the stairwell and the door would “slam” when it closed. The beds were comfortable, though.

Our AC was a bit to figure out; first night the room got really stuffy. Also went to buy some air freshener as the room was smelly. However the breakfast was good, fruit was very fresh. There was a variety, rolls, bread for toast, waffles, scrambled eggs. First morning there was bacon, second was sausage links and third was Canadian bacon.

Although our room was clean, the floor seemed to slant downward. We never had any washcloths. The Kleenex box was empty. The blow dryer was broken, but the staff was happy and friendly. We stayed here because other venues were sold out. We would not choose this property again.

My stay here was bad from check in. I got to my room, and it was not as it was in the website. The bed was extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock. It was loud every night. There was was even one night the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Super sketchy people staying there.

Nobody attempted to clean my room the next morning my room wasn’t that dirty. I just need to bed made back up and about four or five more Towels I did not have the disturb sign on my door knob and was just thinking that somebody will clean my room up anyway I had a bag in there and my bed need to be made up and Need some towels that was it

Well it was not in the best part of town so the folks at the hotel were not the best - homeless , etc. The best thing was the bed and sausage Last day found a hair in me eggs!
