Well I had it planned a month in advance for Valentine's Day getaway. They call the date prior to us checking in to tell us that the pool is down for maintenance. So they offered 2:45 minute soaks in the tubs. We get there and they tell us at the front that it is girls on one side boys on one side. It was super clean there was skeleton staff, which I take is because of the snow. The Valentine's dinner they advertised was $170 supposedly for two. It was only food for one. The bar staff was the highlight of the trip. Took forever to get the TV to work there was no phone directory. We only had one mirror in the room in the bathroom. There are no vending machines or ice machines you have to go to the bar if it's open. The stores close to the hotel, all close early. There was no staff at the spa when we went to cash in our vouchers for the soaks. So no aromatherapy and they didn't tell us that the heater for the tubs were out. So it was a adventure we made most of it I feel like they need to work on a few things maybe substitute for people that lost out of the soaking pools.

The property has only been open a few weeks. I understand they're working out the kinks. We will give it another try when they've been open longer and all of the amenities are available.

Walls too thin, could hear the neighbors bed squeaking. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre. WiFi wasn't working during half of our stay and the pools were out of service so there really wasn't much to do. Not a lot of information given about the facilities during check-in. The only saving grace was the Jacuzzi in our room, we enjoyed that. To us it seems like a rushed opening, not enough training and figuring out the essentials.
We will be back. This was their second week. It can only get better :) they are off to a good start.

Opening weekend stay.
The room was fairly clean, the best part was the hot tub on the deck. We did not use any of the pools as they were not fully open yet so I’m glad we got the room with the hot tub. I would suggest bringing a coffee cup as the paper cups in the room are very small Also there is a mini fridge however there is not a microwave. The restaurant looks more like a cafeteria or plain diner. The food is very expensive. The TV in the room is a nice size. Overall it was a pleasant experience especially with the mineral water hot tub. But it is a bit overpriced for the quality of service we received.
They are just reopened, and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the bar, and our Tri Tip salads were tasty and huge! Very happy an old family favorite destination has reopened!
I booked the first re-opening night as we were so excited to see them open again!! We were given a Mountain View king room with a private hot tub without asking!!!!! We had a lovely stay. The spa had limited hours due to lack of staff and the restaurant food was mediocre for first night. I hate to say that, but being honest. I will return to support the business after having spent many warm nights sitting in the hot tub after a big hike or a day of skiing! Many girl days with a soak, a wrap and lunch there! It’s a beautiful place and I encourage you to give them a try!
