Poor hospitality
Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was slightly stained but my main issue is we had the whirlpool suite when my fiancé went to use it some bubble ran over the side nothing major enough to clean up with 1 towel but the side of the tub had loose panels that allowed water to get under the tub and leak through a vent and now they are trying to charge me $250 for something that could have been avoided if their equipment was up to par.

The hotel and staff were great. Hotels .com sucked. Somehow completely messed up my reservation but the hotel took great care of me.
