The Inn and our deluxe room were absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about this place and would definitely come again!

This quaint place has so much potential but misses on many levels. The mattress was horrible, a “valley” in the middle, a mattress topper didn’t help the age of the mattress and the sheets were worn. The carpet is disgustingly dirty. There wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom. A few small hanging shelves didn’t help the situation. Finally, there wasn’t any maid service. We were to set out our own garbage and go get towels in the reception area if needed. However, the staff was sure to leave an envelope with which we were to place a tip. They didn’t do anything for us and thus, didn’t receive a tip. The three day stay was definitely not worth the price.

Cute place in a great location. The room was huge and had a nice jacuzzi tub. The place could use a little TLC. Mattress was old and made noise every time you move. Linens could use some updating. Plumbing mixtures were loose. Carpeting could stand to be replaced. Again, nothing major but a little maintenance/updating is probably needed.

First time staying here and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in room 18 what a beautiful room. Absolutely immaculate. The only downside is the Wi-Fi we could barely connect to it. We do not use our phones a lot because we're on vacation. But we like to look up restaurants, bakeries ect in the area before we head out. I was not able to get on to my banking app due to this as well. Our 5G does not work in the downtown area, so we always rely on Wi-Fi in North Conway at places we stay. Not a huge downside. But I suggest that they get some kind of boosters in their rooms so everyone has access to their Wi-Fi. Very Inconvenient having to drive a mile away in order to use our phone. I have T-Mobile and for some reason, the 5G is awful in that area. Besides that we highly recommend super friendly, beautiful area.
