Everything about this facility is dated! It definitely needs some TL and updates. I stayed there for four nights and had no housekeeping, my trash piled up in a corner. The bathroom drains and the sink in the tub are clogged. There is no comfortable spot to sit other than the bed. The woman when I checked in and out was very pleasant. The view is very pretty here and it’s easily accessible to everything.

The office manager (Annie) was amazing. From the check in all through out our stay. She could not have been any more helpful. What a jewel to have her on your staff. We loved our visit to this quiet inn

A wonderful location for visiting the attractions of the area. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean. Annie at the front desk deserves 10+ stars!! She was a fantastic hostess with some great suggestions for breakfast (Banner’s), attractions (Diane’s Bath) and a few other ‘nice to know’ things!! We enjoyed our stay!

Just a place to lay your head
Older Inn right on the main road in North Conway. Easy walk to a few restaurants and shops. Easy jump off point to Diana's Bath and local sights. Annie was very pleasant at check in and had great recommendations. The furniture and beds are clearly older. There was an egg crate topper to help, but the pillows were very worn out and uncomfortable. Had to ask for more towels (only provides with one each). Tiny mini fridge, no microwave, only a mini Keurig for coffee option. Asked after a kettle or microwave and was denied. Our room had an odor of stale sweat. Very noisy being so close to the road. The view was nice, but not spectacular. Everyone was kind, location appeared clean, sufficed for our 2 nights. Nothing special.

Belle vue et emplacement
J’ai deja été a cet hotel il y a quelques année et tout etait super.. on vois qu’il y a eu des changement de tapis , couvre lit ! Mais on sens qu’il faidrait un peu plus ( tres vieux cadres, vielle lampe et chaise deparailee qui allait mieux avec l’ancien style) Tout ç’est pas trop pire pour moi car le lit etait confortable , que la vue du balcon est super et son emplacement aussi, Les balcon sont tres pres alors si quelqu un parle ou fume on le sait vite ! Je la suggere pour les personnes tranquilles
