Our room was dirty:The walls were dirty, the carpet was dirty, and the shower wall was only cleaned on the top half. The lower half was dirty and had hair on the wall. When we asked for another room, they apologized for the dirty room but claimed to be booked and could not offer us another room. Since we booked through Expedia, which is impossible to communicate with, we could not get a refund.

Adequate but not great. Hot water didn’t work if anyone else had water running including another room. Key cards don’t work properly. Kinda blah decor and bedspread is like a thin piece of plastic.

The tub didn't plug so you could use the jet tub The shower didn't work the right way There was blood stains on the combottom line, not worth the money. Didn't have heat. The list goes on and on

Okay to stay a night or two if you’re exploring this beautiful state, but I find it a bit expensive for what it is. For just $36 more per day, you can book a Marriott. Unfortunately, the front desk doesn’t pay attention to requests. I needed room service because I ran out of bath towels and toilet paper. I left the room around 8:00 AM and came back around 11:00 PM, exhausted from driving all day. Well, surprise! No one had serviced my room—no towels, no toilet paper. I went to front desk and no one wasn't there, lights out, doors locked, no body around who can help!

To start off with the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk remained helpful through the whole stay. However, in my opinion, the pros stop there and the cons begin. The parking for the motel was not user friendly. There was not enough parking for the place. While the stairway was brand new to the second floor, the walkway to get to our room was scarily old and brittle. The faucet in the shower, I am still not sure if it was broken or not, went all the way round with only a small spot for semi hot water. There were a bunch of ladybugs in the bathroom. Even though we were aware before of this, there was no continental breakfast. And we found out when we arrived that the indoor pool was not heated which we thought was weird for an indoor pool. So as for me and my family member that shared the room with me, we will never stay there again.
