Genießen Sie diese wunderschöne, kürzlich renovierte Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern in der Windy Hill-Gegend von North Myrtle Beach, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt ist. Diese Villa ist eine Einheit im zweiten Stock. Sobald Sie die private, abgeschirmte Veranda und die Unterkunft betreten haben, finden Sie eine kürzlich renovierte Luxusvilla mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem elegant eingerichteten Badezimmer mit Marmormöbeln und einem komfortablen, voll möblierten Wohnzimmer. Diese Villa verfügt auch über einen vollständigen Zugang zum Hof.


Myrtle Beach ist bekannt für sein Golf; Mit über 80 leicht zugänglichen Golfplätzen. Wenn ein Golfplatz nicht Ihr Ding ist, ist Myrtle Beach auch als die Minigolf-Hauptstadt der Welt bekannt. Es versteht sich also von selbst, dass es einen in der Nähe gibt. Ganz zu schweigen von Barefoot Landing mit über 100 Geschäften und gastronomischen Einrichtungen, darunter das neue Restaurant des Lucy Buffets Lulu. Die Uferpromenade von Little River mit den einzigen Casino-Kreuzfahrten in Carolina ist nicht weit entfernt. Dieser Bereich ist so ein schöner Ort mit für jeden etwas dabei.

The smell of the tabacco is horrible. The sheet are dirty with Human hair and stain and the kitchen cabinet had dead roaches. Very old furniture and the AC / Heat is noisy and dusty. This place cannot be rented but need to be completely renovate.

Pictures on website were very outdated. Dryer did not work. Furnitute was dingy and roaches seen throughout every room. Dishwasher wasn't opened or used due to an extremely bad odor when opening the dishwasher door. Place needs renovated if going by the pictures

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I will never recommend this property to anyone!!! They are responsive up until I told them the dryer wouldn’t dry than I got no response at all and there was a bunch of wet towels and pillows left in the dryer the pictures are not what it actually looks like at all! I was overall very disappointed, Before we even got in the house another family that was staying here told us they were highly disappointed. The items inside need updated badly the only upside to this house at all is the location is near the beach.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed EVER!
Not even close to the online listing. The inside was disgusting. Broken furniture on the porch, bedding that had holes in it and appears that someone wiped their backside on it. After seeing that, my family and I went to Walmart and purchased pillows and blankets to use as none of us were ok with sleeping in those horrible conditions. Listing said there were dishes and cups, there were 3 plates and 1 coffee cup that was filthy dirty. Towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the washer dryer both had clothes in them, we can only assume they were from the previous renters. Roaches appeared on day 2, just gross. Trash out by the street was overflowing and remained untouched throughout our stay, swarming with flies when we arrived and worse when we left. The trash was about 1 ft from the car so we had to battle stench and flies to get back in the car. There is so much more to tell but it would take me hours. It was by far the nastiest place we have ever been to. We made the best of a bad situation, but no one should ever be deceived like this! We will definitely never return, and strongly suggest no one rent anything in this building. For the record this is being very kind. Words can’t truly express how bad it was!!!!

Great location
Location was amazing. I was disappointed on my arrival with the cleaniness of property, beds, kitchen cabinets. Roaches. Property mgr did send someone to exterminate and fix a few necessary issues. Washing machine was great having although dryer didn’t work. We hung clothes to dry. No batteries to tv controls. After “we” cleaned and made ourselves comfortable- we made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the maintenance man that came by. Many furniture were broken. Missing dinnerware. Dirty linens in washer. I advise to bring your own mattress covers too. The apt was nice just those issues we ran into. They definitely need a better cleaning company to do the job.

Close to the beach alot of room that about it didn't get to watch TV at all from Wednesday till Tuesday because whe we got thier no remote contacted the hist she drop roku remotes I never used roku so contacted Thursday morning never heard nothing so we called 3 times no one returned our calls email every day never hot a reply back and still haven't got one yet

Great location. Poor description.
The photos of this stay are dated. The place is not as nice as photos depict. I’m not sure if they pay someone to clean in between tenants but they should get their money back. The tub and bathroom sink back up with water. We ended up cleaning the tub drain out and I’ve never seen so much hair in a drain before. The floors were dirty and the clear shower curtain was absolutely disgusting. The location is the best thing about this place. Close walk to the beach and quick drive to barefoot landing.

Don't Stay here!
The pictures on line were misleading, it was a complete dump! Old worn, dirty furniture, old thin linens which you had to pay 50$ for, rusted and broken bath fixtures, cabinets that hung open, no coffee or amenities, TV would only play CBS, completely overpriced, we only stayed on of 2 nights paid for.

Wonderful place
We had a great time. It was a nice lil apartment. Especially blove the screened in porch so did my two dogs. don't have much negative to say other than a few small maintenance problems and maybe they can leave a broom to clean up after yourself. Great location. Make sure you read the description because it's different than the Picture Show. I would most definitely stay here again thanks for a great week.

My BF and I have a German Shepherd and its hard to find a place last-minute that will allow him to stay. We could not get the TV to work. Door code did not work when we got there. Called and they sent me a new one right away.

Dirty/Dark not well maintained
Floor was very dirty. I understand it's a beach house but we've lived on the beach in another state for years and the floor had much more sand/dirt and trash on it than it should have. I swept it twice with the provided broom but there was no dustpan. Broken Kitchen chair. About 25% of the light bulbs were burnt out or missing which made it hard to see in some areas, maybe that was a good thing. The lint trap in the dryer was extremely full; it hadn't been cleaned after many uses as you could see multiple layers of lint. Many, many of the pots, pans, plates, cups had been put in cupboards dirty. The bathroom trash can hadn't been emptied and still had feminine hygiene products in it. The kitchen trash can still had some trash in it. Items from previous renters were still on top of the refrigerator. Could not get the TV to turn on with any of the remotes in the room or by using the power button; dead batteries? broken? not sure; didn't waste anymore time on it. First thing we did after bringing in our bags was to clean dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans we thought we'd use then we swept the floor; missed the beach the first day. Ceiling leak damage in a few spots.

This property is one we have stayed at in the past, and keep coming back. We love the location, the screen porch, the fact that our pups can travel with us, and the ease of the transactions with the property managers. Terrible Management!
The property was so dirty and nasty! The ladies that came back to try to make things better were great but besides that the management was horrible! They knew of all the problems and issues when we checked in and not once checked on us, we were told that maintenance was going to come fix a few issues and they never showed up. I was/am very disappointed with my stay. I will not recommend them to anyone. The pictures and being told that it was newly renovated were both a lie!!! The kitchen sink moved, facing were off of the cabinets, there was a large burn spot on the couch and the couch WAS COVERED WITH ANIMAL HAIR!!!! It was awful, the list goes on and on and the management tem did nothing!!!!!!

Amazing deal with only one problem that was quickly solved!
We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. We only had one problem on arrival, our code to get in did not work. We arrived around 9pm and since we could not get in we went ahead and booked a hotel room so we could rest. The management owner called back within a couple of hours and resolved our problem and were able to get in the next morning. We are hoping to get another trip planned to this condo for my mom’s birthday in April!

AC was tore up upon arrival on Sunday at 2pm (77-80° inside) and it took til Tuesday to get it resolved. It was so muggy and sticky inside that the floors was even damp in villa until Tuesday mid day. Owner was rude about issue and even said she sent her husband over to check the AC and that we wouldnt answer the door yet we was on the porch? And we never even seen anyone come down the road much less to the door that we was sitting right at. The pictures posted are stretched to make villa seem bigger than it really is. This place is tiny. Also, on Saturday evening they was a cleaning lady sitting in her car on the phone with the door open, cleaning empty beer cans out of her floor board, staring at me while walking down the steps as if I was doing something wrong? And I know it was the cleaning lady because her backseat was full of white linens and cleaning supplies.
