Who says time machines don't exist? This feels like being transported to the 1980s but you do get a bed, functional plumbing and its overall pretty clean. Convenient to Foxwoods and great italian place down the road.

1) The staff leaves the back door unlocked at night which makes me feel unsafe. 2) The bar restaurant was not open when we were there. Which we only found out when we checked in. There is an Italian restaurant just down the road that was delicious. 3) The breakfast offerings are only offered Sunday - Thursday, the selection is unappealing and expensive.

My husband & I stayed in the presidential suite this past weekend for 2 nights. Big room, big jacuzzi and it’s a nice room overall. However, the room smelled like cigarettes, the jacuzzi wasn’t working, you can literally hear everything that’s going on upstairs and in the hallways, the walls are constantly cracking, we barely slept due to all the noise of the walls were making. Everytime someone walked above the room upstairs it was soo loud and made the room shake. It’s like the walls and the floors are paper thin. There are flies everywhere!! We had them in our room, in the hallways, in the lobby and even in the dining area. It was really disturbing! I do not recommend this hotel. Yes it’s cheap but it’s not worth the sleepless nights and it just seems like a dirty, run down hotel.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The bed was spacious - comfortable. Oddly enough when I got into room I found the TV monitor seemed small ish. When I requested a suggestion for local pizza eatery to grab take out the staff neglected to tell Me Bueno Appetito was basically across the way ??? And when I woke this AM to take a shower the cold too hot ratio wasn't fun to deal with.

The property itself was clean but kind of outdated. Small pool area. Very noisy hotel! I realize it’s extremely close to the casino but other guests making noise, not just noise, yelling, stomping and screaming what sounded like furniture being moved around in the middle of the night 2am both nights going to 5am!! Called complained first night but clearly nothing was done about it since it happened our second night. Running a whirlpool tub after 3am was also “okay” yet a sign in the room stated no excessive noise after 12am and any complaints would be investigated. Told front desk upon check out and was offered an upgrade next time but there will never be a next time at this hotel for me. First time away from our children in 12 years and no sleep/relaxation for us

Everything was good. We especially loved the shuttle to Foxwoods Casino. The shuttle was run down and very small. We were packed in and couldn’t wait for the next because our tickets for a show. The hotel is nice and was packed. They should have a larger newer bus
