Have stayed before and found the place OK for the money. But this time the room and bedding felt dirty. The carpet for instance was sticky and sheets were not crisp as they should be if freshly laundered

returning customer here. This is my go to place when in Nottingham for a night out ; being a frequent traveller I have to budget so I m very satisfied with everything , the price, the supermarket and the dinning options just over the road, the easiness to get to the centre, roughly 25 minutes walk of a few minutes bus ride . The bathroom , although small (as expected) was squeaky cleanl; The room itself will get you dated ( I don t care about this aspect ) but functional furniture , had a few hours of good sleep, I ll definitely be back agai; The staff are so friendly , you won t find this quite everywhere

Horrific would never stay again, duvet was dirty, tiles in bathroom all broken and hurt to walk on bare foot. Carpet dirty. Mattress was horrific

You can't expect luxury at this bargain price, so it depends what you're after. For us, the room was perfectly ok as we just needed somewhere to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The room was just a bit rough round the edges, needs a good clean and a bit of a refurb but we didn't really care, it was clean enough for us but if you're a bit of a clean freak then avoid it, not to be stereotypical but it was like staying at a bloke who lives alone's house. The staff were very friendly though, the internet was good and it's only 25 min walk to the city centre at a third of the price.
