The hotel was as expected. Clean and efficient. Room was excellent and the staff in the adjoining bar/restaurant were friendly and efficient. Good job all round. Side note: plenty of EV chargers in the car park 👍

The the room was designed for disabled persons. When normal prisons use it, they'll find it very inconvenient such as the area 4 shower.

Susieyes the room that you got was a accessible room, which has a walk in wet room to enable people to shower without climbing into a bath with shower over it like the other rooms we have.sorry the room was not suitable for you

Relatively new hotel so very clean, with all the basic amenities, a bit like a premier inn, but like those, does not have much character. Had both breakfast and dinner in the adjoining pub. Have known the location for nearly 30 years, but first opportunity to visit.

Only criticism was the fact no towel rail in bathroom, only one hook on back of door! Plenty of tea and coffee in room plus biscuits
