The villa has an upper and lower floor and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. On the lower floor there is a living room with a TV, a sofa, a table and armchairs, a kitchen with a bar with 3 seats and a dining room with a table for 8 people. Also, on the lower floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. The villa also includes a separate toilet. The upper floor offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom with shower. What will delight you is that each of the bedrooms has its own exit to the balcony or terrace. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool with an area of 43 m2 and a depth of 1.35 m.
The outdoor terrace has a grill area with a table for 8 people, as well as an outdoor sofa, ideal for drinking morning coffee or simply relaxing.
