The location was just perfect, just near everything. The room just got everything we need - from amenities to toiletries. Plus, room was clean and spacious. Leanne (owner) was amazing. We had a wonderful stay!

The rope used as a handle on the shower door is not very hygienic. The towels were washed and clean but were a yellow/ white colour - did not look like they had been washed at a commercial laundry facility.

The lovely lady that checked us in could not have been any more helpful. She was very friendly and helpful. But I'm really sorry to say that some things with the room were a let down. I booked Deluxe Parkview King with spa The balcony did not look like it does in the picture. The garden was all overgrown with weeds it was a mess. The balcony furniture one chairs arm was complete broken and on the ground. The balcony itself was covered in garden rubbish. The bathroom had an exhaust fan installed but not connected. But again the lady that checked us in very pleasant. Would I stay there again I probably would.
