Hotel lost ppwer due to storms and gained back partial power but with no AC. We couldn't stay there since the room was too hot. Hotel staff Jesus, would not refund my stay via Expedia and lied to them saying that power was back on immediately but failed to mention without AC. Also, told Expedia that there were no storm warnings in Nuevo Laredo when the warnings have not stopped since 9pm the night before. I recommend you stay somewhere else.

The breakfast included with the room is really good, staff was friendly and helped with any request. Only minor complaint is about broken ice machine, other than that is a good place o stay in this city.

Internet didn’t work at all. You can’t watch YouTube or your Netflix accounts on the tv. Shower couldn’t keep the desired temperature, it was going hot and cold on and on.
