Good hotel!
It’ a decent hotel for a couple though it’s a bit small if you plan to bring a kid along. Good service and clean, comfortable bed. Just keep in mind that the parking is limited and if you get one space from the hotel parking is that kind that use kind of elevator which you don’t have a free access all the time you want to get something from your car. Anyway it’s a nice hotel in general!

Great bargain; very friendly and helpful staff
Nice and clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. A range of nice restaurants in the area. Consider the south side of the station, which is much more lively and has more choices for shopping and eating out. Our room had a window to the north; great view of Mt. Fuji.

初めて東横イン利用。特に男性スタッフ、対応が不快。顔にも出ちゃっててプロ意識がないなと思いました。この値段だからか、いろんな客層で尚且つあのスタッフ、私は不安しかなかった。もう2度と使わない。ちなみにこの時期は上層階はカメムシ大量発生で部屋の窓開けたらたくさん入ってきます。先に教えて欲しかった。バスルームが生ゴミ臭い。廊下から異臭がし始めて部屋を移りました。もう2度と使わない。でも、朝ごはんを出してくれているスタッフはとても気持ちのいい接客で挨拶も清々しくて素晴らしかった。

家族旅行でしたが、ホテルは寝るだけと割り切って食事は外で好きな店で食べたいものを選んで食べたかったのでお安く泊まれてありがたかったです。 周辺に沢山お店があり、歩いて散策でき非常に便利な立地でした。 お風呂は日帰り温泉に行くつもりでしたが、車移動が面倒になり部屋のシャワーで済ませましたが全然満足でした。

朝食付きで非常に安く、駅の目の前で立地も良い 部屋も清潔で満足でした ただ、朝食はフロント前で座席数も限られており 遅い時間になると外国人の方が増えて無法地帯と化していたので早めにとることをお勧めする
