This was a great apart-hotel! Instructions for access were clear. Super close to the main station and a quick walk to the Christmas market area. Very convenient and clean. I definitely recommend!

Ich bin häufig in ähnlichen Unterkünften und diese war wirklich eine der Besten! Völlig unkomplizierter Check-in. Alles ist hervorragend erklärt, oder erklärt sich von selbst. Absolut empfehlenswert und ich werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder einmal buchen.

設備不良が、多すぎて驚きました。水道の蛇口が、 グラグラして使い物になりません。エアコンは、電源が入らず暑いです。食器やグラスも牛乳の跡がたくさん付いていたり、傷が付いていたり。前回宿泊した時は、そんなことはなかったので、非常に残念です。

Chaos beim Zugang, Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig
Wir erhielten rechtzeitig keinen Zugangscode - der Vermieter in München war nicht erreichbar. Wir haben insgesamt 25 Minuten mit der Hotels,com-Hotline telefoiniert - außerhalb der Unterkunft waren ca. -7 °C. Der 2. Teil des Gespräches war für uns sehr kompliziert, da die Sachbearbeiterin Englisch in einem Dialekt sprach, den wir kaum verstanden. Schließlich gelang der Zugang und wir konnten uns aufwärmen. Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich gut und den Preis, den wir zahlten, absolut wert. Im Badezimmer befanden sich viele, lange Haare vom Vormieter auf dem Fußboden und auf dem Balkon ein übervoller Aschenbecher. Sauberkeit also nicht i.O.
