As a couple we enjoyed staying "All Inclusive"!
We know Senni Wyan, the Customer Manager, who goes above and beyond in welcoming us, and making us feel like Grand Mirage "family" - everytime that we visited! Senni is highly professional, friendly & kind, and we just love the way she deals with us so prompt & intelligently. She is very aware of the Resort guests' needs, and were always available to help.
The Grand Mirage Resort is such a beautiful Resort right on the beach and a wonderful Bali experience for us as Australians.
In family activities the Resort most certainly provides for all of the family, and on a daily basis.
It has multiple swimming pools, various cuisine in multiple restaurants, multiple bars, fantastic spa facilities, various family & children activities to choose from, with fantastic evening entertainment on a daily basis.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary and Senni arranged a special, romantic 5 course dinner on the beach, and the service was impeccable. This was a very big and highly appreciated surprise for us.
The cleaning staff was highly professional and our rooms kept very neat, clean and laundry provides daily.
We experienced all staff across the Resort, to be well trained, and super friendly & kind.
Our stay was wonderful, like always, and we simply cannot wait to go back soon!
We most certainly recommend this Resort.
