First of all the check-in experience they could not even get my credit card to work for the mandatory incidental charge wasn't my credit card it was their machine then the first room they gave me I can't even describe the scenario with being able to see in and out of the room (privacy) the next room had damages on the wall damages on the furniture then they tried to charge me for breakfast which was supposed to be included in my reservation it was a fiasco.

Ive been booking there for years when in town. Mrs Morales, & the rest of the staff are like family. 👍 They take great care of me & my concerns.
