We only stayed overnight, so I can't say a lot, but my room was quiet and clean - I have no complaints about it. The night clerk who checked us in was helpful - I appreciated that he could give me a couple of complementary Advil pills when I asked for something for pain relief. (I'd hurt my foot while hiking.) Also, in the morning, a staff member opened up the board room for my party of 5 when I told him that none of the tables in the breakfast room were big enough to accommodate us. We appreciated that gesture. My only complaint is the same for almost all hotels - the scrambled eggs were way too salty. I was glad to replace them with plain hard-boiled eggs, which were also available in the breakfast room.

The carpets leave a black stain on your feet after walking in them in the room. The pool is great for kids learning to swim with the ramp!

Everything was great except the alarm in my room went off at 6:15 am and woke me up early. I didn’t get much sleep and was tired all day because of this. I really wish the staff would make sure the alarms are off.

Incredible customer service
I was working out and Miss Melody brought me a fresh towel and made sure the room temperature was to my liking. Later while I was searching to fill my hydro she assisted by filling with ice and fresh water. She’s quite the hostess and a huge asset to your hotel.

Property is clean; staff is professional and great customer service. Rooms are spacious; comfy mattress. Downsides: Breakfast typical and in a very enclosed windowless area. Also room ventilation a bit stuffy. Despite, would return / overall very good.

The staff onsite was great. They need more help. Flooded vending and ice area wasn’t helping, and wasn’t fixed for more than a day. Outstanding for doggies. Staff works hard to make sure you have everything you need for your stay.
