The Space â
Highland Manor is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, ice cream shop and local downtown shops. As soon as you enter this historic home, built in 1930, you'll be immersed in the rich character and charm that this house has to offer. From its rich mahogany moldings to the antique radiators adorning the spaces, this home is filled with 1930's charm.
The interior space has been designed with your comfort and style in mind. The entire home is equipped with high speed wireless internet. Relax in the cozy living room while watching the 4k Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen has just about everything you would need to cook up a delicious meal to enjoy in the adjacent dining room. Start up a game of ping pong in the game room, or select from the wide variety of puzzles and games available. The cozy and comfortable bedrooms will be waiting for you to relax after your long day of exploring all that the area has to offer!
In the backyard, have dinner on the patio with the included charcoal grill, or gather around the firepit on a brisk night! (Don't forget to stop by the local stores to pick up a bundle of firewood or charcoal for the grill.)

4 Bedroom plus Basement Sleeping Area:
This home has 4 bedrooms located on the second floor of the home.

Bedroom 1: Main Bedroom features one queen bed + Smart TV

Bedroom 2: Guest Bedroom features one full bed

Bedroom 3: Twin over Full Bunk Bed. Bunk Bed weight limits are 200lbs for the top bunk and 400lbs for the bottom full bed. This bedroom is better designed for 3 children or only 2 adults.

Bedroom 4: One Twin Daybed
All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with central air conditioning and heat.

Basement Sleeping Area: The basement sleeping area is a large inviting space. It features one queen bed. The entire basement is not equipped with heat or air conditioning but typically stays at a pretty comfortable temperature. There is an overhead ceiling fan, along with a standup portable fan/ heater combo for your use while sleeping in the basement.
Each sleeping area includes a variety of pillows and clean, premium linens and sheets.

Bathrooms â
This historic home features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
One full bathroom is conveniently located to the 4 second story bedrooms. The second story bathroom includes 1 sink, 1 toilet and 1 cast iron clawfoot tub with a hand held shower. Linens and makeup cloths are provided in the adjacent hallway linen closet. There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash available along with a provided hair dryer.
The basement full bathroom is conveniently located to the basement sleeping area. It includes one sink, one toilet and one large walk in shower. It also includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Extra linens are available in the wall closets behind the sink. With this being an older home, this bathroom does not have an electrical outlet, but for your convenience a small vanity has been set up in the basement sleeping area with an extra mirror and a hair dryer to help you get ready after your refreshing shower!
The half bathroom is located off the kitchen on the main floor. It includes one sink and one toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with 2 starter rolls of toilet paper.

Game Room â
Exhausted from too much white water rafting or hiking? Plan to spend a day playing at home! Our game room is equipped with a ž size Ping Pong table and a wide variety of board games and puzzles to help pass your time away! Please note: The game room is equipped with central heat, but not A/C. There is an overhead ceiling fan as well as a standup fan located in the corner for your use in the game room.

Basement Laundry Room â
Located in the basement off the sleeping area is a large laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and original cast iron sink. Please note that the laundry room is an unfinished space. It is located in the same space as the water heater, furnace and boiler system. There are also two locked off areas in the laundry room. The first is the owner's closet that is used by the housekeeper and the garage storage room. Please do not tamper or mess with the water heater or furnace as well as the locks. We promise there is nothing exciting behind those doors!

Sunroom â
This home has a quaint tea room set up on the adjacent sunroom to the kitchen. Please note this area is an unconditioned space so it may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Outdoor Patio Area â
Relax and enjoy the large outdoor patio that includes:

â 4 Adirondack chairs (to help prevent them from blowing away they may be stacked up under the deck stairs)

Guest Entry, Security & Parking â
â Enter the home through the front door. The ENTRY CODE will be emailed to you 24 hours before check-in.
â Parking: The private driveway can hold 2-3 cars. Please no parking on the grass.
â Security Cameras: This home is equipped with 4 outdoor security cameras that record video and sound and will be on. The first security camera is located under the front porch. The second security camera is located on the garage wall facing the driveway. The third security camera is located on the rear wall of the house facing the patio. The fourth is located at the side door. We do not monitor the cameras after you have arrived, except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to our occupancy rules.
â Absolutely no cameras are located anywhere inside the house.
Trash: Please place your bagged trash in the trash bins located on the patio.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or other concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will cover you in case any emergency requires you to cancel.

* No smoking or vaping inside the home. If smoking outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts in the outdoor ash bucket. Marijuana use is not allowed anywhere on the property.
* No parties or events. No more than 10 registered guests are allowed to stay in the home per our license and insurance. Parties of any kind are not allowed in the home or on the property.
* No pets or ESA's of any kind. Service animals are allowed, however they are NEVER to be left alone inside the house or on the property. We require service animals to be accompanied by their owner at all times, housebroken (no indoor piddle pads are allowed), in control and must always be leashed while outside on the property. If a service animal is brought to the property, you must bag and dispose of their waste
* This house is equipped with a historic boiler system. Please DO NOT TOUCH or HANG on any of the pipes that are running throughout the house. They may be hot in the winter and they can break and/ or bust if they are pulled on! Please monitor children around the pipes.
* We ask that you remain respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise level to a minimum and no loud or vulgar music. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:
