The room & overall state of the hotel was quite good. Efforts should be brought to service in general. Room cleaning is on request and I had to ask two times to get it, it depended who you have in front of you. Breakfast has to be improved: 1 double toaster with only 1 that worked, so long queue before you could have it _ Juices cut with water (not tasty) _ one day you could have yoghurt, the day after none…

It was a very disappointing start to our stay. When we entered the hotel, the ladies at the desk did not greet or acknowledge us until one of them, who was on the phone, finally did. She later apologized and helped us with check-in. What was very unusual was that the other staff member continued talking, asking personal questions, including about race, which made what could have been a quick check-in unnecessarily uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to the park . But I think the owners are cutting on expenses : you have to request a cleaning service a day in advance .The toilet wasn't flushing properly until I figured it out how to adjust the the tank.The breakfast selection was really poor. You expect a better service for a $300 /night hotel.
