One of the best stays ever! The city view side is more of a freeway view and can be quite loud at night depending on traffic. If you are a light sleeper, get the water view side and that might help. Staff was amazing and the free breakfast was great for all dietary needs. Will definitely stay again when in Oakland

It was my third stay there after having a very disappointing stay at the waterfront hotel in Jack London Square In Oakland. I enjoy the staff. I enjoy the comfort of my room and I enjoy the view will continue to come.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the parking charge, but there was overnight security for the vehicles that I appreciated. Our room was noisy since it was right next to the freeway and our window didn’t open. We upgraded for the rest of our stay (for a nightly fee) to have a room on the water side with a balcony and slider door. The room was a little bigger too I think. Breakfast was good with a lot of options, hot food as well. Ended a little early, at 9:00 am so we had to rush a bit in the morning.
