If it hadn't been for Expedia's great customer service and getting the problem straighting out we tried to Check-in and the hotel all of a sudden did not have a reservation for us when I called expedia they said oh yes we do and and they got it straightened out very quickly thank you again

Clean room and bath. The shower was satisfactory but the shower head was in poor condition. The TV didn't work. and neither did the phone until I reported it. The Embarcadero location is lovely and the adjacent fishing pier is a pleasant place to relax.

Receptionist was very nice. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke (all are non smoking rooms) and the next didnt smell much better. The smell of weed coming from next door was overwhelming, especially as I am really allergic to all kinds of smoke. It was my third and last stay here.
