Overall, just average, housekeeping detail is key for me when on vacation maybe I choose the wrong hotel but yet I think they could go an extra mile. *Corners had dust and dirt from base boards to around the sink. * Refill tissue box, coffee and creamer in the room, after each guest shampoo and hand wash just so it looks new even if I didn't use the shampoo I want to feel as if everything in replenished. *I sat and used pool not once did the waiter in al fresco dining area come ask if I wanted to purchase a drink or wanted something money lost FOR HOTEL. the reason I went into pool was because I came to hotel at 4 pm from touring El Zócalo to find my room STILL NOT CLEANED. *ROOM LINEN IS NOT CHANGED IF NOT REQUESTED. *********OVERALL AVERAGE ALL THOUGH THERE WAS 3 GENTLEMAN AT FRONT URIEL AND OTHERS THAT MADE ME FEEL AT HOME SUPER HELPFULL 10/10. FIESTA INN DETAIL IS IMPORTANT SOME COLORFULL ART AND FLOWERS WOULD MAKE THE HOTEL OAXACA . THE SMELL AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN IS GREAT 10/10. RESTAURANT INSIDE 6/10.

Fiesta Inn is located in a convenient location close to restaurants and Walmart. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean and housekeeping was great! Loved the convenience of the restaurant in-house and bar but you pay that separately.

The rooms were clean, food was great, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to the airport and getting a taxi to and from the city center was quick and reasonably priced.
