Not friendly, the food not fresh very noisy and they do not provide good service the bed are horrible they chsrged me extra to move me to another room the bed they call queen size is a twin size not enough space for two people it was a mess

This location is perfect. One block off the Zocalo is the perfect spot for dining and food. The rooms themselves are clean. Our room was not particularly quiet. The water pressure is very poor. Hot water can be hit or miss. The breakfasts in the morning included fruit, yogurt a hot breakfast and coffee and tea.
