This Shamrock Cove Inn was the sweetest cozy little stay we've had in a while. Michael at the front desk was warm courteous and professional. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Only wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you Shamrock 👍

It was a nice little surprise. I knew it was an older motel, yet it was clean! The room could use a new coat of paint, but that is no biggie for me. A little suggestion, put a small step under the bed, for short people like me. I had to do some maneuvering to get into the big comfortable bed. Mike was awesome at check-in, very friendly and pleasant. I was a little concerned about the shower at first, but once inside of it, wow. Water pressure and temp were great and the shower head swiveled. I thought there may be a noise problem, right off a main highway. However after a certain time, it was very peaceful. The room was clean and fresh, with a little snack basket there to enjoy. I would stay again.

We left 15 minutes after getting into our room. Motel looks like it's in a sketchy area. I should have looked at the area more closely on Google maps street view. People hanging outside of the rooms looked sketchy too. When we got to the reception area my boyfriend had to immediately step outside because the smell of air freshener was extremely heavy. When we went to our room the smell was unbelievably worst. By the time we unpacked we both had headaches, even though the door was open, so repacked and left.

Maybe it was just my room (#2) but it looked nothing like the photos online. My room looked like DIY projects were done poorly. I thought it was going to be charming but it was far from that. After 10pm it my stay got scarier, hearing people outside my room, banging noises, sounds like someone was coming into my room, loud music, etc. My room was dirty. The surrounding area looked scary. I would not walk down the street. It was a far from relaxing stay. The person who checked me in was nice. I would not recommend this place.
