Rotten weather but still better than staying home.

It was Valentine's Day weekend and 100% full. But the pool was 85 deg and the local restaurants were open. The sun came out as usual on the last day but it was cold and windy. Breakfast is better than most hotels that claim free continental included in it's stay. I'm old fashion as still use a razor and shaving cream so I really appreciate a hotel with a sink that doesn't leak. This was the only draw back here.

I came back to this place. They gave me the same room. It was a good stay. Only problem is that the toilet paper wasn’t restocked and had to go down to the front to get toilet paper. I liked the breakfast but they took away the hot chocolate mix. They said they no longer serve hot chocolate

great trip - Hyatt place is a very nice hotel located on the boardwalk. fast ck in room was ready and was even given an upgrade. one of our best places to stay !!! awesome staff with a free breakfast also!. would highly recommend !!

Needs minor improvements for better rating

Breakfast needs improvement. Bacon non existent, fruit salad was frozen or from a jar. The oatmeal was good with all the trimmings. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, balcony overlooking boardwalk clean and comfortable. Hallways are drab. I’d call this an ok experience.

The Hyatt is a nice hotel, parking could be better tho.. Some of the bathroom towel fixures are rusty and the towel rack fell off the wall.. Overall very nice for off season pricing..

Upgrade

Quick family getaway. My sister and I decided to take our kids (4 of them)away for the weekend . We booked 2 rooms side by side. I called to ask if they had any rooms with rooms that connected with a door in between the rooms for the kids to go between rooms the lady stated only on ocean front and it would cost more money, I said no we will be fine just rooms next to each other. When we got to our rooms, they upgraded our rooms free of charge with ocean view . These views were stunning. Thank you so much. And the kids were back and forth between rooms with not having to go out in the hallway.
