The MOST helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. Amenities n things were a little outdated but the kindness and flexibility of the staff (even on a heavily trafficked music festival weekend) more than made up for it

The front desk staff was very nice. Parking was fine. Location was easy to get to and steps to the boardwalk. We stayed 1 night for Oceans Calling festival and were 1.4 miles down the boardwalk to the concert. The property is older and rooms show age and wear and tear. Carpet needs to be replaced with LVP. A good deep cleaning would help with the musty smell. Fine for 1 night. Beds were comfortable and clean so that was a plus.

These are "efficiency" rooms, include small kitchenette with a full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Nice size, renovated, there are carpeted or some hardwood floor options, for those with allergies. Each room also has a balcony facing sideways to the ocean front, literally two steps away from the boardwalk full with shops and restaurants. Very nice and accommodating people at the front desk, never let me down during my multiple stays, my first choice in the OC Maryland, wonderful.

We liked being on the boardwalk, good location. We were a little disappointed that the heated pool was not working when we arrived on Monday but by Wednesday evening the pool was warm again!

I love the spinnaker - this was my 9th stay there. It’s the perfect location. Shout out to the girls in the office, they couldn’t have been any nicer and they were so welcoming . Great place to stay in OC. See ya next year !

I was looking forward to having a small kitchen just for preparing breakfast and easy lunches. Unfortunately even though the appliances were nice and definitely usable, the layout of the space was awkward. There was no counter space at all. You had to plug one item in at a time to use it. No coffee making and toast making at the same time. You can’t unplug the fridge! The table is on the opposite side of the room. The microwave is on top of the fridge. I’m 5’1” and could barely reach it. It was all frustrating but I managed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom small but a really nice tub/shower. All I all I was happy enough and had a great vacation. Oh and the young lady with the cleaning service was very sweet.

From check in to check out every person we came in contact with was so nice and helpful! Best customer service I have ever had at all the places we have stayed in OC. Room was clean and AC cold upon arrival. View of beach and boardwalk excellent. Only steps away from beach and boardwalk. Parking was easy and elevators were fast. Pool was chilly and sundeck with lounges and umbrella tables. Everything was clean! This will be where we vacation for years to come!

We visit Ocean City every summer. This was our first stay at The Spinnaker. We were very happy with the spacious room! We had enough space to store our bicycles so we didn’t have to lock them outside. The kitchen was nice to have, but did not have many utensils or pans available. Our only minor criticisms are the TV was confusing, and the outlets didn’t all work (they were loose and probably just worn out). Parking was very convenient and we were in a perfect location for the OC Air Show. Overall we recommend staying here.
