We ended up not staying after finding signs of bed bugs. There was work being done at the property that was not noted in the hotel info. I tried checking out immediately after the discovery, but was told only a manager could check me out and make the cancellation. I had to wait for hours for a manager to arrive on site (she arrived after 9:30 pm) to get checked out. They denied canceling the first night even through we didn’t arrive until after 6:00 pm and left within less then 20 minutes from checking in.

I am so disappointed in this property. I paid to have an ocean view and got the back side of the building. They said easy beach access, but that’s a lie there is no access and you have to drive for have a 15 min walk. I booked it for the pool and hot tub for my kid to swim and the pool wasn’t working, even though it’s listed on the site as available. In all, I spent a lot of money with a lot of promises of perks and got zero of the ones the my advertised.

I stayed one night which wasn't enough but I'll be back. Great staff. Clean and accommodating. The bed was worth a million. Most comfortable bed I have ever had. My puppy was absolutely welcome even after she had an accident in the lobby. I didn't have an ocean view but I had a deer view about 4 feet from my window. Coffee was amazing. I didn't do the breakfast because I was going to our place for breakfast. Definitely rate this place 13 out of 10😁

The staff were nice and friendly. The pet room was atrocious, either charge me for my pet in a nice room, or give me that stained, loud crappy room w/o a pet fee. The pet area in back was horrible, the free breakfast quoted online were some nasty little danishes individually wrapped and coffee.

Well we have stayed here before, and loved it with all the amenities. We decided to come back for my daughter’s 4th birthday because she loves to swim and it turns out the pool is closed. But it was advertised on Expedia as being open. Was kind of a bummer. Luckily the weather was nice so that helped

I booked a king room with sea voew, but they gave me a double room without a view. When I refused to take the room and showed my reservation to them, he insisted the Expedia did not do that. After i started to call Expedia, he told me he coukd give me a seaview room the next day. I told him that I still needed to contact expedia to get refund for the price difference for the first night, he said there was a seaview room that needed to be cleaned. I came back in anout one hour, he gave me the key for the king room with seaview. The bathroom fan would not shut off even the controller was set to off. I had to shot the door to reduce the noice. The coffee maker did not work. The TV had no signal after one day. The breakfast was just a stale pastry. There was no staff until past 9am.
