Nicely renovated facility close to everything in Oceanside. Only negative is the free breakfast was 2 bite muffins, coffee and bananas. No other fruit or beverage Hardly worth listing is the ad.

This was our second stay and we were just as delighted as we were our first. Spacious and well decorated rooms had enough room for all our needs, even light snack prep. Walkable to key sites such as Oceanside Pier and Harbor Village.

The neighbors played loud music, made noise, and talked loudly all night. In the morning, they were disruptive again, which could clearly be heard in the room. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to get any rest here. I would recommend finding a quieter place if you're looking for a peaceful stay.

We liked the location. Place was clean but we did find a few cigarette burn on the comforter. As far as quiet, we were on the street side, it was pretty noisy from traffic and people. Overall it was good, decent price and looked like it was newly remodeled.

Bed was uncomfortable and had hair and debris on it. Plumbing was slow and smelly. Surrounding area was so loud and the room walls are so thin you could hear everything. Only was able to sleep two hours. I even left a night early because I couldn’t sleep.

Well located essentially right on Coast Hwy, which meant LOTS of LOUD car engine & tires NOISE thru the much of the nite & early morning!!! Had i known, i would have instead picked a hotel closer to the Fwy than Coast Hwy. Still, a reasonable price, Clean functioning room for 2 with a decent if slow to warm, Shower. I was frankly tired upon getting up, due to the younger high performance-Fast' drivers on the local 'main' road!! The Pillows were WAY TOO Short & WAY too THICK to help w/sleep!!!
