For the most part the majority of the staff was excellent in their customer service but the reservations department was extremely horrible. Also the night before my check out my daughter was raped by a hotel bartender. Again the staff handling this matter was exceptional.

Property is beautiful close to ocho rios town. Fully secured and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Food at buffet is okay, momo restauant not the best, the italian restaurant was good.. lots of food available all the time, coffee shops, pastry, sandwich shop and jerk huts. Bars all over..i enjoy the pineapple ginger drinks they greeted us at the checkin. Nighly entertainment good and state of the art night club has to be the best amongst all the resorts i have visited. Large gmy with every equipment at your local gym, spa is great and clean. My only thing i miss my flight due to unforeseen circumstance with my passport and i notify them immediately and they just told me sorry we are still charging you for the night. On top of that i came the next day and had to wait more than 2 hours pass checking in time for my room. I was pissed because i have been on road travelling for two days. I ask for a free upgrade since we missed one of 4 nights we were staying there and they said no. How ever i decline a presentation they were offering for free goodies which i can assume is time shares. Its beautiful, safe staff is great and the beach is lovely too but i prob. Won't revisited.

Firstly, I'd just like to mention Eli, the cook at Momo. His customer service was great, as he was so engaging with everyone at the table, even the kids. The property on a whole though was overbooked due to the sale that was going on, and because it was a holiday. Check-in process was absolutely awful. We got there after 12pm, and did not get our wristbands till after 2pm. Everyone knows holidays are very busy, so I think an easier checkin process/system should of been decided on to mitigate the heavy delays, because half of the time we were there waiting on their overloaded system to load to move on to the next guest in our party. The buffet was very mid. Lack of options, and the food was nothing special. The ice-cream they had throughout the property was very nice though, and the a la carte restaurants were pretty good. Entertainment staff was amazing.

I liked the amenities but the food was blah, the upkeep of the hotel needs work. Elevators were out most of the time. The sideswalks around the property could use a good power wash. The staff was a mixed blend of people who were very nice and helpful(mostly around the pools and restaurants), to people who were salty and agitated by theyre jobs. The wierdest part for me was all the people standing around the lobby trying to set you up to do a presentation to buy super expensive vacation packages, which was so annoying after an almost 2 hour ride from the airport. Then they keep your bags and bring them to you after you get to your room so you wont get to relax after flying for hours and riding for more hours. Oh and I cant forget the crazy amount of people trying to sell you everything they can. It was just stressful and aggrevating. This hotel could be nice but its just 2 centered around making money. I wont be back. I dont even think I'm coming back to jamaica.

After I washed my hair, I found that the socket was not there, so I called the front desk and asked them to send it to me. But it was not delivered until we left the next day. And the next morning we wake up to get ready for Breakfast there is no water. Also there is not much food to Serve

Property was great, beautiful hotel with great staff. The food was good, could be better. Only bad experience was with the group selling the Vacation Membership. The two gentlemen were rude and aggressive and almost cause us to miss our evening boat cruise. We did not have time to shower and change clothes.

The property is overhyped and is not value for your money. Food variety was poor and often even unavailable. Pool variety and depth was rather poor as well in that no pool was over 6ft deep. Beaches were of average condition with a lot of plastic bottles. Customer service was terrible as I had to order a roll out mattress multiple times and didn't even receive it, at the seconds mention of one, they even went silent and hung up.

The property is amazing. They have a lot of fun activities to do. The jerk hut was also really good. The nightly shows was definitely something to see. The hotel is huge with lots of things to do.

I am sorry to say the Moon Palace that I heard about, was not what I experienced, the food was cold always at the buffet, no water to shower in the mornings until about 9:30 am have to use bottle water to brush our teeth in the mornings while waiting for the water to come on.I must say the staffs was extremely nice and try to help the best way they can
