Very rude front desk staff - Shamoya. Had two night stay but was locked out and she told me it wasn’t her problem. Then lied and told me her name was Samantha. Other places to stay.. do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that appreciates your business.

The room was nice and clean, but there was nothing else about any amenities. Nothing special about the place. They were cutting down trees while you were trying to sit around the outdoor pool very annoying.

We rented the Family Cottage. It was excellent! Immaculate, comfortable, beautifully appointed. Loved the outdoor seating area as we were visiting friends who came to see us. Also the check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Imogene was gracious and made us feel very welcome! Great stay! We will be back for sure!!

The room was clean and tidy, but small even for two people. The beds were comfortable. There was a door to adjoin with another room and the noise from guests in that room was annoying at 5:30 a.m. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel they did not have a reservation. Even though we had a confirmation email, itinerary number and receipt from hotels.com The front desk agent rudely stated that we should have received an email confirmation from the hotel directly. Not sure how I would know that was the process as that was NOT explained on the hotels.com app. The hotel was “sold out” and was unable to offer us a room. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were also unable to find a local hotel room for us. We drove over 2 hours to attend a family birthday party, which we were late to do the chaos of not having a hotel room and being on the phone with the hotels.com agent. To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Thankfully we were not farther away from home!!!

Nice property big rooms and clean . Did not Like the fact that there was no breakfast and Don’t do the housekeeping with a two night stay . Overall it was pricey for what you get.
