I have stayed at Scottish Inn numerous times and the owners are always courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and the price is unbeatable. The beds are comfortable and most of the bathrooms have shower heads that are high end. Grocery stores are within walking distance. I have stayed at the Hampton Inn before in Okeechobee and outside of the breakfast served Scottish Inn blows Hampton Inn away.

The husband and wife owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nicer than expected. It was very clean and newly updated. There were 2 rooms, one which was a kitchen area with table, chairs, full size refrigerator,cook top , sink and microwave. I definitely will stay there again!🤗

A hidden gem
I was in Okeechobee for two days of training. I chose Scottish Inn because of the reviews I read. It did not disappoint! The room was very clean and very spacious. The waterfall/rain forest shower was a special treat after a long tiring day. And all the staff I encountered were super friendly.

Clean and Comfortable!
I was on a business trip traveling across Florida visiting clients and I needed a place to sleep for the night. I found this gem of a spot and was glad I did! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was right! They were very helpful in returning an item that I left behind too! I'll be back when I'm in the area!
