When we arrived, our room door was open. We went in and noticed leftover food was still there and clothes from the previous people who had stayed. We left the room to run a few errands came back a few hours later and our room door was wide open again. It seemed really sketchy and unsafe. The hallways were also super humid and the main lobby smelled a lot like smoke. I am not super picky but I do have a family and a very young daughter that I do not enjoy bringing around those smells.

I usually enjoy my start here but this time i was without electricity from 1145pm all the way to until checkout time and i didn't get my t refunded or another night from y'all i told the deal clerk about the outage when it happened and he chose to not help me out so i should get a free night or my money back

They could improve so so very much on breakfast like try having biscuits and gravy everyday and try putting enough food so that everyone who has a room can eat because 4 out of 76 days last week there was no breakfast 1 hour 45 min into breakfast and they're supposed to have breakfast until 1000 am and by 845am there's no food

The Breakfast service was HORIBBLE!! The staff did not keep the area cleaned or stock, and JUICE SPILLING EVERYWHERE, TRASH NOT TAKEN OUT. I would say they need addtl staff to manage the housekeeper working b-fast because she seemed not to care at all what the place looked like during the whole 2-days I was there.

Great!
I enjoyed my stay. The room smelled clean as soon as i walked in. Check in was super fast and the front desk person was really friendly. Bed was comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water. 10/10 hotel, great price too!

When we first walked up to the rooms there was trash in the hallway’s. Then when we got to our room was suppose to be non smoking and it reeks of cigarettes. The smoke detectors have been covered with plastic bags, but we did asked to be switched to another room and they accommodated us. The room that we slept in my sons woke up the next day with fleas in their bed, so I’m sure only sheets were changed. Breakfast was not so great. The waffle machine Doesn’t work right coffee wasn’t hot or empty they had no syrup no juices not stocked on anything. It was so bad.

it looks like it had just turned ownership. the room was falling apart in the bahtroom. there were spiders in the bathroom that i had to kill... it was very musty. the ac kept shutting off in the middle of the night. they ran out of food at breakfast and the sauage wasn't fully cooked.

Underwhelming Breakfast!
Beds weren't very comfortable, bathroom was really small, & "breakfast included" was underwhelming with cereal, waffle mix, & a single muffin. 💀 So we had to pay extra to eat out for breakfast. 😔
