Upon arrival you’re greeted with the dozens of homeless people that hang out in their makeshift village in the empty field next door. Homeless people were literally fighting each other in the parking lot when we arrived. The room was dirty and full of stains. The fridge was caked full of old food and the microwave was rusted on the inside. The front desk agents are rude and customer service is not their main priority. Will never ever ever recommend this place.

This property is run down and nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, missing chunks of tile on the floor and had broken light fixtures. The tv in the room didn’t work. When we reported it to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it. The property surrounding area is dirty and unsafe. Do not stay here.

Staff really helpful

Wasn't expecting the Ritz, but it was okay for one night. I questioned the safety of my vehicle in their lot, but it was fine. Hot water and furnaces worked, but no remote for the TV until I went and got one from the front desk. Also had to the front desk for bath towels as there were none in the room.
