This was advertised as having a hot tub but did not have one. The "heated" pool was cold. Front end staff was not very helpful. Very upset about this visit.

Parking should have been better

The bed was very firm. If you dont valet then parking can be a headache when you have to walj in 20 degree weather. Just stay at the Hamilton that has an elevator connected to the parking garage.

We checked in Thursday night and when we got into the room to get ready for bed one of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it, so I put it on the floor so we wouldn’t use it!!!

No chair in my room for some reason. Just a bed and a desk chair but there is usually a chair in these rooms. Also had do not disturb sign on the door and Housekeeping still knocked. Other than that, my stay was great!

Here’s a revised version based on your feedback: Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended – Just a Minor Disappointment with the Wine I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent – from the smooth check-in process to the beautifully appointed room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were great, and I especially appreciated. The location is ideal, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I did have a glass of wine at the bar, which unfortunately didn’t meet expectations, but that was a small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful experience. I didn’t dine at the hotel, but given the overall quality of my stay, I’d certainly consider it in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Nice Bricktown Hotel

Front desk staff were very friendly. Furnishings were outdated. Neighboring guests were very noisy. Overall it was a good stay.

Check-in staff were very accommodating and friendly. The valets were also. My one minor complaint was the wait time to retrieve my vehicle. In their defense it was early morning and a large contingency of guests were also waiting.

No hot water.

I had no hot water the evening I checked in, but luckily, I shower in the mornings. Even then, the water was mildly warmer than Luke warm. And they love their tips. All kinds of signs and ways to tip the workers.
