The property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally kind, however our AC was extremely loud and did not cool the room whatsoever. I’m sorry to admit but of all the hotels we stayed in our move, my wife and I could not sleep due to this issue and quite honestly made for terrible experience especially when we had to drive 9 hours the next day. I want to highlight that the reception workers were amazing but due to the terrible experience we had with our room I don’t know if we could ever stay at this company again.

We stayed Friday early afternoon through mid Sunday morning. I would give this a 5 star for the staff (so friendly!), cleanliness, breakfast options and it is close to the Bricktown area. You do have to pay to park (all hotels make you pay), but they have their own parking lot; and don't have to valet. It is close to a railway, and I could hear the trains twice earlier in the morning. Other than that, I didn't hear them go by. However, if you are wanting to walk, as we did; I would not choose this hotel again. If you want to Uber, ignore the rest of this! It wasn't far, but the best way to get to Sheridan Ave didn't have a full sidewalk on the south side of Lincoln Blvd to get to a crosswalk, just a gravel path. You could cut across at a point when the sidewalk ends on the south to the sidewalk on the north, but you need to cut across the road. Saturday afternoon we walked down Reno Blvd to the Toby Keith bar and grill and there wasn't much until Joe Carter Ave. It was a boring walk, so on our way back after dinner, we walked the canal back to the Bourbon Street Cafe and went North to Sheridan Ave. Again, if you aren't planning on walking everywhere, ignore the last part, because the hotel is safe, clean and my interactions with staff were great!

Very nice property. Located in trendy neighborhood, walking distance to good restaurants as well as the National Memorial which was very sobering especially at night. Close to state capitol. Free laundry was a bonus. Charge for parking but all the area hotels do the same. Staff were excellent.

OKC Bricktown Staybridge charging for parking now.
I have stayed at the Staybridge for several years when in OKC for business and love it. However, the last time I was here, they had started charging $12.00 a day for parking. They have a big open parking lot with nothing around. Charging for parking seems like greed to me when they never did before. It just across from Bass Pro Shops who don’t charge for park.

2nd time staying here because it's THAT good. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super clean hotel, smells amazing, squeaky clean rooms that are super spacious. I have stayed in both a king suite and 2 double bed suite and both were really nice. I'm an IHG member, so I got free late checkout and wifi. Free laundry facilities and free delicious breakfast buffet. I was impressed with how expansive the breakfast was--omelettes, sausage, waffles... Feels like a luxury studio apartment. Price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I did have to pay for parking, but knowing the parking is monitored is worth it. Ended up staying 2 nights on our last visit as we were exhausted driving cross country and it was SO comfortable and relaxing, that it called for a layover. Parking lot is really safe anytime of day, the area is nice. I initially stayed here solo and felt at ease. My last stay I was checked in by Zoee who is so sweet and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and was extremely welcoming. I love the staff here, they are very friendly. If you are staying in, or passing through OKC, stay here!!!

Lovely room and very spacious. The suite had all the amenities. I appreciated the communal areas like the great den, the library, and the large breakfast area. The food was delicious. The pet area and outside area to sit was very enjoyable.

Property was very nice, clean, and the staff did a great job. But….it was 102 degrees outside all weekend and they had inexplicably CLOSED their pool already?? Central OK does not get cold until later in November?? Crazy! Was VERY disappointed that I was unable to fully enjoy the facility like I should have been able to.

Fun weekend.
I no make me pay for parking when there is ample room to park. Room and hotel are new and was very nice. Whatever they had in there scent machine in entrance where you check in it was choking me. If someone has asthma they will have an attack.
