Everything looked okay. You can tell the place is getting old and there's some wear and tear they need to fix but other than that still pretty nice just hope they get the wear and tear fixed before it gets too bad

Super Helpful Staff, Clean Rooms, Would Stay Again
We had EXCELLENT service at our stay. We booked online but were able to get connecting rooms. :-) Check in was smooth and front entry was nice and clean. The woman who did check in was personable and friendly. When the connecting doors for our rooms accidentally got shut, PATRICK (who was vacuuming in the hallway) was super helpful getting us back in the 2nd room, despite the safety lock being in place. He went for tools and returned promptly! We had two clean & appropriate rooms with refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. At checkout, Zee, was helpful & friendly. When traveling we need a SAFE and CLEAN place to stay and we absolutely experienced that. The breakfast was traditional hotel hot food, waffles, cereal, juice, eggs, biscuits and gravy - neither fancy nor expensive but just fine for feeding lots of people efficiently. Breakfast staff was diligent & friendly. The lobby area, elevators, hallway, and guest rooms were clean & appropriate. The neighborhood had lots of restaurants from casual/fast food to fancy. Getting on & off Interstate was easy. Not an "isolated" location. I do not expect hotel staff to control the neighborhood wanderings outside & I'm not going to have a meltdown because the pool towels need replenished, I find a place that needs a minor repair, or other guests left trash outside in the parking lot. The hotel was SAFE & CLEAN. The staff responsive. I RARELY do comments, but this hotel deserves positive feedback!

They denied me due to my Service animal. I have sovial anxiety and they took my money and would not provide a refund saying i booked knowing they do not except pets. This was one of the worst experiences of my life on the day of my Birthday.

I got to the airport at 10:20 pm. The shuttle never showed. I called the hotel for one whole hour and no one picked up. I had to take a taxi to the hotel. The reservations representative told me to call in the morning to request a refund. I’m still waiting for it. When I got to the hotel, the front desk attendant had the phone off the hook and placed the phone back on when I told him I was calling for an hour and no one picked up. When I got to the room, the sheets were wrinkled and there were stains on the walls and carpet. I called Expedia to inform them, and they spoke to the front desk attendant who offered to switch me to another room. When I got to the other room, it was worse than the first. When I asked him if that was the best room they had, he said yes. At around 1:30 am, I decided to book at another hotel, because I knew I would not be able to sleep or shower in a dirty room. When I went outside to wait for my Uber, the front desk attendant went outside and told me to wait inside, because it was not safe to be outside. I appreciated his honesty, but my Uber was arriving soon, so I told him I would be ok. There was some suspicious activity going on at the hotel next door, but they crossed the street and continued whatever they were doing there. I hate that I have to write this review. Aside from everything I experienced, he was a really nice guy and even waited outside with me until the Uber got there.

Rude manager,extremely dirty, bed bugs stained sheets and pillows, hair in sink and tub, furniture falling apart and holes in walls. I checked in and checked right out. They proceeded to keep me checked in all week and told me i wouldnt be getting a refund will be taking futher action to get refund.

The breakfast staff were friendly. The smell of trash from the stairwell permeated up to our room. During the evening the staff were unable to be found, as well as not answering the phone. Room was not clean and the couch cushions were flipped because of damage.

My room had a horrible leak from ac. The vent fan in bathroom was super noisy and scared my son. Called front desk three time and never got an answer. When went down said they would send up a tub stopper and never did. Pool water was super cloudy and water was hot for pool water. Beds were super hard woke up sore when I could actually get to sleep on it.

The property is older, one of the soap shelves in the shower was broken off and placed on a shelf under the sink. after dark there were several people hanging out and smoking weed by the side doors, keeping them propped open with a bucket, not sure if they were guests or homeless people. That being said the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I seen the same staff members of cleaning throughout the entire day while also working the front desk etc. unlike most hotels at this price point the hallway always smelled great like fresh carpet powder and there was no lingering chlorine smell even though the pool was packed the entire time. Fairly quiet, a decent breakfast was provided
