I did not stay there was black mold in tub and walls there were gang members outside and we did not stay there I am requesting a full refund due to the unsafe conditions and the black mold

Definitely renovated some of the building. Not a bad stay for a quick sleep while traveling.
Arrived around midnight. Open sign blinking, reservation already made, inner door was locked. No one at the counter in sight. Called multiple times. Would just ring and not be answered or would ring and immediately disconnect.
Expedia attempted to contact them and they themselves could not get through.
Ended up having to go down the road to Super 8, where I was helped, and someone was actually there.

Nothing like the pictures.
The hotel didn't provide breakfast as advertised, the pool was closed, and you couldn't adjust the AC in your room. The property needs maintenance and upkeep. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel
No bath towels waited one hour for them to bring to room only after manager could unlock laundry. Why front desk could not do it ? Or get clean tows from unused room.

The furnishings were great but the front door to the room was ill fitting, you could see light around it. The commode was also illfitting, looks like it was reset and moved around and set improperly. The walls could used a touch up. The common area was useable.no fountain as advertised in pictures, no pool. Kind of disappointing.

The room had cockroaches. A dirty wash rag was left on the bathroom floor. The sheets had cigarette burns. We didn’t stay.
Shower mat had yellow stains on them. Shower had brown stuff near drain and was not clean, was afraid to use. Room smelled. Paint was scratched everywhere in room. Positives are: refrigerator worked, microwave was clean and mirror was spotless.

Could not get extra towels only had two in room for 4 front desk lady was very
Breakfast consisted of white bread, which could be toasted, dry mini muffins, cereal with 2% milk, and coffee or tea, with no de-caf available. No soap nor coffee in room. Had to request soap, shampoo, etc. at front desk.
