Handy for the airport and buses into town, but limited restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. Staff all very helpful and polite. Rooms immaculately cleaned each day. Superb breakfasts (sometimes including ice creams.) No problem getting a sunbed around the pool in September.

Our air conditioning system never got cool. We asked about it and was told, we can bring you some fans…” our room was miserably warm and we had a 26 hour flight agenda the following day. It was not a good experience. On the plus side, the staff were (mostly) great; and it had AMAZING food in the hotel restaurant (Michelins starred).

No air con in my room. 2 kids aged 5/6. Worst night sleep. 600 euros for one night which is shocking considering basic services weren’t functional. Pool area was full so no sun beds. Had to wait otherwise you sit on the ground. No management available because it was Sunday evening. Asked to charge phone and even that couldn’t be done properly. Power switch wasn’t turned on. Breakfast had no pancakes.

Fantastic junior suite with a balcony and an extra large terrace. Breakfast was good and the pool area was really nice. Overall, everything was as we expected though the air conditioning in the rooms was insufficient and a bit of a let down.

Great hotel, had everything you need. Buses are really good to get into town as it’s a little further out. Staff were brilliant, especially on reception. Only negative would be the air con only went as low as 22degrees so room got a little hot at times
