brilliant house
We were 2 families with grown up kids and the house suited us perfectly. Spending most of the time outside, the pool and terrace are great. It has a very relaxed feel, it has everything you need and a short walk to the beach and the restraunts. Eduardo and Maite were prefect hosts, always responding to questions quickly and positively. It feels like you are staying in someone's home, rather than a bland holiday villa. I have read reviews that imply it is a bit rough round the edges, and sure there is the odd leaky shower head, but for outdoor living in the sun, with lots of space to spread out, a pool that is deep enough for diving competitions, and everything you need in terms of kitchen facilities, bedding, towels etc... it feels like a home from home. And the very friendly hosts couldn't have been nicer.

Vacaciones geniales en Oliva
La estancia que hemos tenido a sido genial Maite la dueña nos ha tratado genial y es encantadora siempre dispuesta a todo nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo, la casa muy limpia y acogedora, no faltaba de nada la distancia a la playa 10 minutos andando por lo demás todo genial la verdad volveríamos a repetir.

great vacation
I recommend this house. The house is not the youngest, but it has a nice atmosphere. Everything is neat, clean and in good condition. Air conditioning works very well. Well-kept swimming pool. The beach can be reached on foot, no car needed. The beach is beautiful, sandy and very wide. Restaurants and bars nearby.

Una gran casa en la que descansar y disfrutar con la familia
La casa está muy cuidada y la limpieza excepcional. Está equipada con todo lo necesario para empezar a disfrutar de las vacaciones desde el primer minuto. Las terrazas son muy cómodas y se disfrutan mucho. Los niños han tenido espacio para correr y jugar con los patinetes. La piscina es muy segura al estar vallada y tiene una zona que cubre poco para que los niños jueguen sin problema. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos a que no falte detalle para disfrutar de la estancia. 100% recomendado!!!

We enjoyed a lovely week at villa Sylvia , the villa had everything we needed and more, The whole place was spotless and the pool area gorgeous, it is a 10 minute easy walk to a few bars and restaurants & a lovely clean beach. We did have a few days heavy rain but we used these days to visit the area, we got the train to Valencia from nearby Ghandia one day & one evening we had a lovely tapas in Gandia, other days we relaxed round the pool. Maite & Eduardo we’re brilliant hosts, not intrusive at all but ensured they were there if we needed them. All in all it was a lovely holiday,

Propietarios atentos y dispuestos pero el inmueble y parcela deja bastante que desear.
Ubicada en medio de huertos y con acceso desde callejon plagada de mosquitos e insectos varios que durante los 7 días hemos tenido que combatir con todo tipo de productos y aún así hemos sido acribillados 4 adult@s y 4 niños.Imposible ir andando a la playa con niños carretera sin arcén a 700 metros de playa. Casa y parcela excesivamente destartalada, sobra mobiliario,útiles y decoración viejos,sillas rotas,toallas viejas de hoteles,toldos inservibles y atados con cadenas,parrilla portátil y acordé a resto de la casa no pudimos usarla.Por la noche vimos ratón. Piscina pequeña no corresponde a las fotos durante 3 días salían cuerpos y bañadores amarillos,en todo momento dispuestos a mejorarla pero debería de haber estado ok desde primer día,tumbonas de piscina rotas y sombrilla imposible de mover por el peso. En definitiva la compañía como siempre nos ha hecho disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones pero en esta ocasión la propiedad no ha estado a la altura de nuestras expectativas ni acordé a la oferta presentada.
