The hot tub was recently worked on they said. But the jets are not set correctly. The jets are blowing upward not relaxing at all. I'd suggest you call to get it serviced and set up properly.

My bathroom was very dirty, there was a build up of dust on the shower and a mop mark in the bathtub. But other than that it was fine. Staff was really nice. It was loud with doors slamming all night but I'm Not sure they could help that.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Comfortable bed and nice towels. I like that the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are normal size, not travel size. The pool and sauna area was clean and included pool towels. Good full breakfast was included with coffee available throughout the day.

Nice clean comfortable beds the sheets were soft the room was quiet, heater on point, towels soft although bathroom was a lil small otherwise had a great experience. Don’t have complimentary breakfast.

We experienced several issues during our stay. The internet access problems I reported on the first night were unfortunately never resolved. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, the facilities were outdated, and the accommodation described as a suite was actually just a standard room. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
