It was a good concept to have a fitness-oriented hotel. The only think I didn't like was the blinds which were difficulty to operate and literally showed wear & year.

It was a really lively place i would highly recommend. Cat at the front desk was amazing as well as the other person and our bartender. Carlos my shuttle drive was excellent. The only downside was the people above us kept stomping around

The stay was excellent. Restroom was very clean. We were very satisfied and the price wasn't bad compared to other similar ones. The only thing is that you pay for breakfast. It's reasonable too.

Considering the limited Kitchen and bar they turned out good food and made it to order as much as possible. Sliding barn door in room had two sticking points and had to be pulled very hard- jerked past the sticking points- causing me to catch my finger in the door. No way to get the blinds open and turning on lamps was confusing but front desk explained the routine.

The only caution I’d have is at 5 am I didn’t see anyone in the lobby but I believe a homeless woman was sitting in there. When I left at 11am there were two people smoking pot in the doorway in the parking lot.

A Wellness Hotel
This hotel emphasizes wellness and fitness. There was a yoga mat, yoga ball, and workout stretch bands in the room! We were just spending the night and leaving early, so didn’t use them…it was a surprise, though! It was a surprise to require an extra charge for parking and breakfast, though.

The room was very large, modern and clean. The focus was on a healthy lifestyle, which is cool. Drawbacks would be that you have to pay to park in their lot and they have breakfast available but you have to pay for that too.

I stayed here in July and, then in October. My October room seemed a little more worn out--closed in room smell, shower floor looked a little grey (but, I used a cloth to clean it and it wasn't super dirty). There was no trash can in the bathroom--but they fairly quickly brought one up. The drain seemed slow, but I reported that and they fixed it. My biggest gripe is that the second night that I was there someone with a dog was trying to get in my room and was pretty persistent. As a solo female traveler, I got nervous and called downstairs and told them that I might call the police. Turns out they had written the wrong room number on the guests key folio. Honest mistake, but scary nonetheless. A few tips: both an Enterprise and Avis rental car are walkable from the hotel, so if you don't want to pay airport rental prices, do that. Also the city-owned parking meetings directly next to the hotel are cheaper than hotel parking. I used it at some point and could see my car from the room.

This was a nice nice hotel. It is convenient to various attractions in downtown Omaha. Breakfast was very good. There was evening, dining available, and prices were reasonable. The room we had worked quite well for three adults, and would have also worked well for a family with children. It might be just about time for Renovation, but it still works just fine.

The hotels pictures are misleading. There isn't a water view... I actually called the hotel to confirm they had water views and the person in resv actually put in a note to give me a room with a view. When we checked in, we asked to make sure we were in a room with a water view. That is when we learned the water was a mile away and there was no view of the water. The carpet was dirty at the front desk. The two at the front desk was friendly and kind. We went to the room. The elevator was dirty, the carpet and walls were dirty. The room.... it smelled the a gym... because there was a mini gym inside and the floors had screws to keep it down AND cracks in the walls. They have a window shade that has water decal on it. We went back down to let them know and that the hotel wasn't for us. We askes for a refund because the room was not what was displayed nor a water view which the resv person put in a request. The front desk said because we used 3rd party they couldn't refund us. We needed to call them. We called and hotels.com and they called the hotel and the hotel still would've give refund. Trying to add photos but the button isn't working.
