The reason I rated lower than normal is because we had to ask for a pack-play and then they didn’t give us bedding and the pack-n-play was broken. We had 2 kiddos sleep on the pull out coach. We asked for bedding and they brought sheets. We had to ask for a blanket and go back down to the front desk. Then we realized there were no pillows. They told us they didn’t keep extra pillows and had to go to the hotel next door to get them. It made us feel really bad about asking- but our kiddos didn’t have pillows to sleep with. Lastly we asked for extra sets of towels (there were 2 total towels in the room). We were walking out the door for supper and the workers behind the desk were making fun of the fact that we needed SO many extra towels. I found it very disrespectful and u professional. Other than that, the rooms were good and our kiddos loved the pool.
