Made reservations online. When arriving at 4pm was told room was not ready but could upgrade to get a room. Was charged even trough reservations were prepaid. Asked if I would be refunded reservation, clerk did not know how. Asked Expedia to cancel and refund reservation, they said Holiday Inn Bellevue would not allow. Therefore paid twice for a room that I only spent 12 hours in, excellent service. Will recommend this hotel to no one!!!

Our room was not ready when we got to the hotel to check in they said they had no clean rooms. We had to wait and were not checked in till after check in time. The spa nor pool was accessible for our whole stay it was out of order. The front desk receptionist seemed lost through the whole check in process.

We stayed at the Hotel for the weekend and rented the meeting room for a family baby shower! The pool was nice and they very accommodating to our large group that was there! Breakfast was great too! Definitely stay there again!
