So many more problems. I was downgraded because Hotels.com site is not up-to-date. I will ask for a refund. My downgraded room was never cleansed the entire time I was there. Housekeeping didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate. Even after I talked to the front desk, my room was still not cleaned. Then the TV had no signal. I went to call on the in-room phone. That was not plugged in. I called on my phone and was told maintenance would fix it with housekeeping. As you know housekeeping never showed up. Then I went to front desk the next day about the TV & phone and staff took notes, but nothing was ever done. It's like I didn't exist. I am so disappointed. Also, the gym needed to be vacuumed. I would never recommend this hotel. Very poorly managed.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
So many problems, I don't know where to begin. First, I booked via Hotels.com. They had the incorrect info about the rooms and still do. I was thus downgraded and will ask them for a refund. For breakfast, the hot items were luke warm and there was moldy bread. The hotel was in a major tourist area. Staff had no idea about services (I needed a watch battery and was told to go to Walmart in Iowa even though there was a jewelry store two blocks away), and the had to look things up about restaurants (I can do that). So disappointing.
Clean and convenient location with modern amenities. We stayed with our children for the weekend while visiting the Omaha zoo. Hotel was lovely inside, neighborhood very busy but security at the hotel felt very safe. Breakfast was nice to have on sight and included in stay. Parking wasn’t included but additional cost and garage was adequate. Pool small but clean with decent upkeep
Hotel is clean, staff is nice, the old market area is cool. What upset me right away was the $25 a night to park in the garage. There's only street parking and another garage like 2 blocks away for alternatives. (I didn't check to see if the street was over night or what the rate for the other garage was).
0There was also no microwave in our room! The only microwave available to use was the one in the breakfast area on the 1st floor. We where on the tenth floor.
Reconsider the nightly rate for parking and put a microwave in the room(s) or floors even so travelers with small children can heat up a mac n cheese bowl after the children have refused to eat all day.
