VERY disappointed that Pool was "closed for renovations," Bar in lobby was not open, and no decent restaurant in walking distance, DID apprecuate daily updates on road construction in area, made it easier to find, Room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet, ditto for bed, Slept well, Breakjfast was disappointing, Price was OK, but amenatiles were lacking. They will take your security deposit

DO NOT STAY HERE. It's not a true Wyndham. It's run by morally corrupt people. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this is the first one to ever take my security deposit. It's gross. The pool is not operational, but they do not disclose that during booking. Wyndham pull your license from this hotel. That fact that your names on it has created stout trust issues. I will not be returning to a Wyndham anytime soon.

The faculty didn’t have anything for breakfast except waffles. No pool. I had to ask for toilet paper from front desk cuz ladies wouldn’t give me any. Walls were falling apart. Noisy.

This property was once a convention center, it is quite lovely. It is old and tired, but My room was clean as was the rest of the hotel that I walked through. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast is simple and Continental, but to expect a full breakfast with meat options at this price point is basically ridiculous. If I want a luxury stay with a full buffet breakfast, I will spend $100 more and go to a newer Holiday inn. I prefer to be a little spend thrifty and hit McDonald's down the road. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Parking was easy. People that are complaining about feeling unsafe here are more than likely uncomfortable around people that do not look like them. This hotel does have a multicultural clientele and staff, which I think makes certain people uncomfortable. I felt extremely safe and the price point is perfect for me.

It worked for being in a pinched trapped in snow storm but even then it was pushing it. The shower never got warm, very cheap feeling room, bad unsanitary breakfast, seemed more interested in making money than serving guests. Would not recommend even in a blizzard despite the cheaper priced tag. Definitely only worth $20/night

Don't waste your money

When this was the old Sheraton it was a really nice place. Now it is run down with a bunch of crackheads all over the place. The front desk lady had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I booked two rooms one for the kids one for me the kids room original room had the deluxe room like it was supposed to have my room did not even though I paid for it. The TV and the Delux room was not working so moved the kids across the hall to a non-deluxe room but did not refund my money even though I paid for two Deluxe rooms and didn't get any. They didn't have the air conditioner available in the rooms so I was 80° in my room all night long even with my window open. At one point when I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette the front desk lady told my kids that I left them there

it’s a pretty fair hotel, nice bathrooms, hot water , good coffee, comfy pillows, good amount of space in the room, allows pet at a good rate, very affordable, not the best breakfast selection and was sad their pool was closed but the service was great and a decent hotel to stay at for a few nights on a budget

Very disappointed in this hotel. The pool was closed, which was the only reason i booked this hotel, and this was not stated anywhere. Apparently it has been closed for quite some time. The gym was also closed. There were no extra pillows or towels available, i was promised they would be provided the following morning, but they were not. The gentleman that checked me in was not knowledgable and did not inform us of the closures or breakfast times. I called the front desk to verify, but breakfast was shut down 20 min early. The carpet in the room was very stained. The water pressure in the shower was barely more than a trickle, and the hot water only lasted 5 min.

This property didn’t clean their rooms properly. My son found someone’s underwear in our bathroom. In the cubby by the hairdryer. My toddlers found a ball under the bed. There was crusty dirty spots on my comforter. They didn’t clean the toilet properly there was dried pee on it. They also didn’t post on the site that their pool was closed.

Check-in was fairly easy and so was check-out. The staff were helpful when answering questions. The area of the hotel itself felt unsafe. There were many guests, who seemed homeless, hanging around the hotel and used the hotel as a place to stay. I have no problem with this but there were multiple times people were lingering in the parking lot or by the doors smoking. It just felt unsafe because you could'nt tell who was a guest or not. The breakfast was minimal and kind of a letdown since it was a bug reason why we booked. Likely won't stay at this hotel again. I'd call it a motel.
