Horrible beds
This hotel is horrible! 2x the king bed in our room had a huge dip in the mattress! We complained the 1st time and got another bed the 2nd time with the same problem!!! Would it be so difficult to get a new mattress??? The hotel wasn’t booked up either! So why did we get that room to begin with if the bed is that bad??? No excuse

Hard to believe they couldn’t accommodate a person who asked for a ground floor room. I use a cane and stairs are difficult. The electrical outlets were hidden and sparse. A simple solution for it is a multi plug USB. Just unhappy with the physical condition of the place.

Old outdated faclity and rugs room musty smelled, bed was clean, old furniture, stained towels, stained andold fixtures tub sink. rug appeared and felt like it neeeded to be replaced.
