Here is some useful information about the apartment:

THE SPACE: Modern, comfortable open floor plan with high ceilings on the two levels. New re-built. We used all eco friendly toxin free building materials, Custom skylights throughout the home to add lots of light. Beautiful stone walls add a touch of rustic to the modern space. Mid Century modern furniture is juxtaposed against Adriatic classic stone architecture.
Top of the line kitchen and bathroom amenities with sleek high end finishings.

You will have access to entire house, on the 2 levels, with master bedroom, full bathroom, steam room & living room upstairs and open space “artist’s loft” with full kitchen and living room. You will have full privacy, nothing shared, 2 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms with full kitchen and upper rooftop garden terrace.

TWO BEDROOMS with its own 2 FULL BATHROOMS:
- each bedroom has queen size beds & its own private full bathroom for each bedroom.

THIRD FULL SIZE GUEST BATHROOM is downstairs.

ROOFTOP TERRACE:
House “Artist’s Loft” has its own private rooftop garden terrace with partial sea view and comfortable lounging and seating. It’s above master bedroom and accessible by outside stone stairs adjacent to the house leading to the rooftop. Use upper terrace only as it’s your own private terrace.

COOLING:
AC units are available upstairs in the master bedroom and downstairs in the open space. You won’t need AC unit on downstairs since the house is cool and comfy during hot summer months.

HEATING: in addition to AC unit which doubles as the heater we have FLOOR RADIANT heating as well which ads comfort for winter months and barefoot feel.

CLEANING: We take COVID-19 very seriously. Therefore we block times before and after each guest. We have adopted WHO cleaning and disinfecting recommendations to protect our crew and our guests.

NO PARTIES: Large gatherings and parties with loud music are strictly prohibited.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE APARTMENT

PRODUCTIONS: Filming at the property or using property as a production office is prohibited unless proper filming permits, proper insurances and additional fees have been agreed upon in writing.

GETTING AROUND: Opatija is a great place to get around by foot, bike, mopeds. There is a local bus station nearby that takes you to nearby towns or airports.
